Disregard threats to life in Ogun governorship – VP Osinbajo
By Daud Olatunji ABEOKUTA-The Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo has doused the tension over the rumoured premeditated attacks to be carried out by the power-that-be at the state during the coming Governorship and State House of Assembly elections in Ogun state VICE PRESIDENT PROF YEMI OSIBANJO Osinbajo said this on Wednesday while addressing traders and mammoth crowd at Kuto, Itoku, Lafenwa and Panseke markets, Abeokuta, the state capital respectively during a mega rally held at Ake Abeokuta. He said that security reports reaching the presidency indicated that some people in a position of higher authority in the state have been threatening fire and brimstones thereby, discouraging the electorate from coming out in the coming Saturday, March 9 Governorship and State House of Assembly elections in the state.
